PACKTEC carries out prospecting programmes and in-service training to improve the technical level within the companies.

Every year, the Centre sets up a program for manufacturers and end-users, carrying out the up grading plan.

PACKTEC collaborates with a group of qualified experts, in the different packaging tasks in order to implement its program.

The 2010 Packaging Days on the theme: Innovation: challenges and opportunities The nearest to your current concerns

Respect of technical, environmental, logistic and regulatory constraints, innovation, technological development, food safety, pharmaceutical packaging, cost and deadlines reduction,…. these are the main themes which will be debated during the 4th edition of the packaging days, held by the Packaging and Conditioning Technical Center- PACKTEC- Under the aegis of the Ministry of Industry , Energy and Small Enterprises  -SME – and with the support of the World Packaging Organization – WPO – from the 1st to the 4th December 2010 in Tunis.

A program structured around 6 sessions is set to consider the daily issues you are  facing. Thanks to prospective speeches, Professional testimonies and the expertise of the speakers, the Packaging Days is a unique appointment for all the sector’s actors ,that is  in the core of the economic strategies for a sustainable development.

The concept of this event, rich by its exchanges, will allow you to compare your experiences and approaches   with your counterparts and those of the experts’.
Our ambition is to make of this event a meeting distinguished by the relevance of the discussed topics and the quality of the lecturers and to subscribe it into the calendar of the key appointments of the profession.

We are expecting to welcome you to the 4th  edition of the Packaging Days in December 2010 and remain available for your proposals and suggestions to present a complete panorama of the profession’s stakes.

Packtec is a WPO member

The World Packaging Organisation is a worldwide network gathering 60 member countries represented by their national packaging institutions or federations.

The WPO organises, every year, the world packaging competition, WORLDSTAR
which reflects the progress in the packaging industry worldwide.

Packtec membership in the WPO network ensures the promotion of the Tunisian Packaging Industry and makes companies profit from the training programs and assistance carried out with the support of WPO.

Packtec is a IAPRI member

IAPRI, the International Association of Packaging Research Institutes, has been in existance since 1971 and has over that time been developing into a unique and global network of organisation involved with and supporting and promoting packaging research.Currently the IAPRI network consists of over 45 research and educational organisations and institutes from over 30 countries.
